The Validation Project supplies rock from the rolling plains of the Midwest. A hometown guy from McPherson, KS, Ben Siemens has always known that music was the only thing he wanted to do. En route to a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary Music, Ben spent a semester at the Contemporary Music Center on the resort island of Martha’s Vineyard. There, he learned from some of the industry’s best, including Tom Willet, former executive for BMG/Sony. Siemens also exchanged ideas with many of the nation’s premier up-and-coming songwriters, musicians, and music executives; writing songs and performing them weekly. Shortly after, Ben moved to Indianapolis and launched The Validation Project. This solo act combines many of Ben’s influences from rock, pop, metal, and screamo, but is most accurately described as acoustic rock. Two of TVP’s singles, These Moments and Beautiful Control, have already been featured on the Indianapolis radio station 98.7 WQME. As TVP’s fan base expands, Ben looks to connect to the listener with songs about love, anger, depression, hope, and ultimately, life. |
